On Wednesday, Nelson Central had their cross country. Lots of mums and dads were there too. The five year old boys and girls went first, and they had to do two laps of the front field.
Then it was the six year old boys and girls turn.It was great fun.Then it was the nine year old girls turn.
Suddenly..... bang!!!And we were off! Down past Willow Walk, past the Kahikatea classes, round the corner we went, up we went up the hill, and round the corner into the teachers car park.
